Return Policy
If a customer consistently returns items, which is defined as returning items more than three times in a financial year, Ashtok reserves the right to reject returns from that customer.
Although each of our shipments is thoroughly checked before it leaves our warehouse, if you are not happy with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below:
If Ashtok customer service is notified within two days of the delivery of the goods to your address, you may return or exchange an item within seven days of the date of delivery.
The cost of the returned goods will either be refunded to the credit/debit card used for online shopping, or they will be exchanged at no cost to the customer by Ashtok.
If the pin code is outside of the pick up location, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the goods to the appropriate return address.
Sale items cannot be returned. A non-returnable item cannot be exchanged or refunded unless it has a flaw or deviates from its description.
Claiming Refunds
For transactions using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or Paypal: Because the charge to your credit card or account was already made when you made the purchase and authorised the payment online, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment.
